Information about your rights as participants in CYMAR research projects

In the overwhelming majority of research projects conducted by CYMAR, the only personal information that the company retains for a short period of time is your name and phone number so that we can contact you to check the quality of our researchers' work. This information is deleted within one month of completing a project.
In specific cases where you have been informed and have given your consent either to CYMAR or to different company with which you cooperate and have authorized them to contact you to record your views (eg a company that systematically provides you with a service such as a car service provider, a telecommunications service provider, a financial institution you cooperate), your personal data is recorded and processed in accordance with the Company's Security, Facilities and Equipment Policy.
The data that we collect is stored and processed within the European Economic Area ("EEA"). In cases where your data will be transferred, stored or processed outside the EEA, you will be informed οφ τηισ in advance of providing any data and your explicit consent will need to be recorded.
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers and is protected by multiple levels of security. The company has in place a Facilities, Resources and Data Protection Policy to ensure the safety of your data. We limit and control the access to data by our own employees and service providers and we do not subcontract data collection or processing services to external suppliers.
